Credible Business

When consumers buy goods and or search for contractors there is fear that the seller or contractor is not credible.  Internet sales are most likely the toughest to prove credibility to a customer.  The image of the website is all people will see before they decide to spend money with the company.  Most transactions are handled without even talking to a human being.  In the service industry it is even riskier trying to select a contractor because we all know of someone that has been burned in the past.  Trust and knowledge are the biggest things customers want when selecting a contractor.

Websites need to be designed with an attractive appeal that serves purpose and delivers more than just flash.  Customers want a fast and easy to use website.  If the site is not, it is very easy to find another page that fulfills the needs.  Contractors that provide references and knowledge to the customer are trusted and given the credibility assurance.
